Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Transcendent LLC ("Transcendent," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you visit transcendent.agency, submit a form, request a free marketing audit, or communicate with us by phone, email, or text message (the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to this Policy.
1. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly and information collected automatically:
- Contact & lead information — name, email address, mobile phone number, business name, and anything you include in a form or message.
- Communications — records of calls, emails, and text messages between you and Transcendent.
- Usage & device data — IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and referring source, collected through cookies and similar technologies (including the Meta/Facebook Pixel and Google analytics tags) to measure and improve our advertising and website.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To deliver the free marketing audit and any services you request.
- To contact you by phone, email, and SMS about your request, your audit, and related offers (where you have consented to SMS — see Section 3).
- To operate, secure, and improve our website and marketing.
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.
3. SMS / Text Messaging & Mobile Information
If you provide your mobile number and opt in, you may receive recurring automated marketing and informational text messages from Transcendent (e.g., audit scheduling, follow-ups, and offers). Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time, or HELP for help.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service and our messaging platform provider, is permitted solely to help us operate the Services. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
4. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as follows:
- Service providers who process data on our behalf — for example our CRM and messaging platform (GoHighLevel and its messaging carriers), email tools, and analytics providers — under contracts that limit their use of the data to providing services to us.
- Legal & safety — when required by law, to enforce our terms, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Transcendent or others.
- Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.
As stated in Section 3, mobile opt-in and SMS consent data are never shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing.
5. Cookies & Advertising
We use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies — including the Meta (Facebook) Pixel and Google tags — to understand site usage and to measure and optimize the ads that bring you here. You can control cookies through your browser settings and manage ad preferences through Meta and Google. Disabling cookies may affect site functionality.
6. Data Security
We maintain reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, use, alteration, or disclosure. Access to lead and contact data is limited to the personnel and service providers who need it to operate the Services, and our CRM and messaging platform (GoHighLevel) maintains its own security controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so while we work to protect your information we cannot guarantee absolute security. If we become aware of a breach affecting your personal information, we will take appropriate steps and provide any notifications required by law.
7. Data Retention
We retain your information for as long as needed to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You may request deletion as described below.
8. Your Choices & Rights
- Text messages — reply STOP to opt out at any time.
- Email — use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email.
- Access & deletion — email us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, subject to applicable law.
9. Third-Party Links
Our Services may link to third-party sites and tools we do not control. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.
10. Children's Privacy
Our Services are intended for individuals 18 and older and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
